Recently i was watching the annual Oscars awards on television...notice that this particular movie " The curious case of Benjamin Button" has a lot of nominations and also win quite a share of the awards on the night.
So i went getting the movie frm my friend to see if really that good anot..then was told by my friend it is almost a 3 hour movie!LOL.sianz i thought maybe some draggy long grandmother story movie.Anw i went ahead to watch.
The movie is mainly about a guy named Benjamin Button who has a abnormal condition since birth; he is born old and grows younger as he ages..meaning the direct opposite of sm1 normal la..

The movie about the man is unfold as a story read by a lady to her dying mum in a hospital, who is Benjamin Button's woman in her younger days....................

anw i am not gg to write out hw the movie goes...cause i am lazy and i cant remember all the parts...lol..so coming to the point....just to note down some feelings i had after watching the movie...

Benjamin Button and his wife,Daisy, had just conceived their child, they had just make this difficult decision to give birth to the baby despite the prob with Benjamin, who worries he can't be a father to the child as he grows younger each day watching his child aging...he decides eventually and sold his Button's company and stuffs inherited from his father and put them into a savings account for the child and Daisy and left them for places....alone....he was afraid of becoming a burden; afraid that his wife wun be able to take care of both him and his child in the future when he gets younger as time past...

the story goes on as Benjamin comes back lking for her at her dancing studio and both of them came facing with each other after a long time, with both of them lking so much different in terms of the appearance, a young chap and a motherly-looking lady....

back in the hotel Benjaming hugs Daisy, and Daisy exclaims ''oh benjamin, i am but a old women!" in a teary voice, benjamin went just ahead and carry on....

as the story nears the ending...daisy spoke of how, after his second husband pass away, she recieved a call from the home where she and benjamin had met in the beginning...

at that point of time she was a granny liao....she arrives at the home and came face to face with a young boy probably looking only round 13 years of age....it was quite sad....watching Daisy holding back her emotions, her tears as she press on in communicating and getting close to the young chap now, benjamin.... and subsequently the movie shows Daisy taking time everyday looking after him, her own lover whom she has been thru with a huge chunk of the movie screen, and seeing him changing younger.... younger..... and younger, as she herself growing older.... and older, more like a grandma-grandson relationship liao....

"days went by as i see Benjamin forgets how to walk, how to talk....", as he grows younger and smaller into a young child...

At the end, Daisy recalling ~ craddling small Benjamin in her arms ~
"In the spring of 2003, he looked at me,and i knew that he knew who i was....and then he close his eyes...and goes to sleep..."

This movie plays alot with the audience's emotions, like any other movies. maybe is the music? or probably its just the artistic and abstract feeling it gives?

It's really a moving and touching, interesting movie to watch....and makes me think and feel how terrible it would have been for Daisy in the ending parts if this were to be a true story!LOL.

The touching part probably is to see her fighting against her own pain spending the last years of Benjamin taking care of him till the last moment, struggling within her constantly between the Benjamin she knew all along and the young child she sees with her own eyes.
Maybe it's the switch of the roles from a lover to someone likened to a grandson that makes it a bit heartwrenching.

I think 1 could almost hear Daisy heaved a sign of relief amongst her sorrow as he passes on in her arms....as a small baby....Benjamin Button....

This is my story.


thinkingtoomuch is my wife.thinkingnegatively is my 2ndwife & worryingtoomuch is my babydaughter from my 2ndwife.
thinkingtoomuch and thinkingnegatively are sisters btw.

going out with my wife keeps me busy, too busy enough for anything else...
going out with my 2ndwife always makes me moody, upset and at times do things that are not necessary...

my wifes fight over me regularly, but usually i hang out with my 2ndwife...dun ask me why...

when i am out with my2ndwife, my babydaughter will tagged along...and i will have headache cause i will walk across every street thinking whether i will be robbed at the next...or if the lamp post is going to fall on us at the next one...the worst possible scenario in everything i mean...


I am selling my wifes and throwing away my babydaughter.


Anyone?


I am dumping them anyway.

this is a random entry to fill up spaces of my blog.lol.got complaints frm the pubilc all pics little content.LOL.
today was another boring day, same feeling like many days, the "today's nt the day for work" feeling...haha...luckily was able to get out in the afternoon, driving ard the mountains and just chatting with my orientator on topics on war.lolz.had a good interesting talk. Afterwhich more driving in the night....

Today the shop outside our compund came a new visitor! a super cute white dirty active puppy!lol.was very jumpy and lively but its a mixed breed stray dog, those young time cute but old liao nt that cute liao.LoL.

At the moment only two things to lk forward to in the near near future. First is going Kaohsiung nx mth with uncle beng they all go tuang lol. think needa get out of camp once in a while or will go haywired..and also check out new tattoo designs to put !=)
Second thing is my family coming to Taiwan during May!=p experience other parts of taiwan!

For those who know me well shld know i have failed my bike TP test for three times.LOL.i have been taking since june '07...that's gg on to three yrs liao!!haha..longest maybe in history sia..LOL......anw hoping to clear it when i am back in SG during august..dunno how many times more then can pass...><
Btw pple who knows me know that i initially wanted to get a sports bike like Honda SP....looks more fierce and sporty wat..then after that change to liking scooter "Fino" the cute bike with many bling-blings...but think three yrs too long liao...all the interest dies down liao... until recently i tried 'boony' the animal's "Wave" then rekindle my liking for bike.thinking got bike also more convenient to go places i want to, at the instance, or can weekend sianz time go relax riding around... then again, i change my target to 'cub kias'... but then... i hear a lot pple say new 2b rider should nt ride "cubs", nt 'zai' enough, very easy accident.then again i shift my sight to phamtom.thinking thinking....i dun really like the outlook leh....then recently i stumble upon a bike. Yamaha YBR 125. yayaya....i know ur are gg to say "its a driving school bike!!"..i hear that many times le..yayaya...."lao ah pek ride one!!"....many times le..but i think its a good and stable and affordable and not bad looking bike wat....somemore i feel most impt for me i wun always be riding, gt a acceptable looking,safe, good bike for me to travel ard and chill when i need it CAN liao.LOL.anws first thing pass my TP then say!!!haha.wish me luck!=p
